Use Microsoft Edge as your primary internet browser when using a GNB desktop computer or a Horizon laptop.
Before using the new site, clear your browser history, cache, and cookies. The cache can also cause issues when viewing new versions of previously visited web pages
Using Microsoft Edge you can quickly clear cache with a keyboard shortcut.
While in the browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window.
Select Time Range “All Time”, click “Delete Data”. Be sure and close/quit the browser and restart Microsoft Edge
If you use Google Chrome, when prompted; login with your Horizon Email and Network Password.
If you are using a personal laptop or desktop, for security purposes your will require to have the SNB Multifactor Authentication App on your personal mobile phone. Please contact SNB IT to request.
UpToDate and Lexidrug : all offsite access requires Horizon and Horizon affiliated staff to register for a personal account.
If you work at a off-site location, use a Horizon Laptop or use a personal device and need to register or reauthenticate to UptoDate or Lexidrug, please use your Horizon email account to contact us for support:
